About Us

About Metrocure Rehabilitation Hospital

In 2005, our journey began with a shared vision — to redefine anaesthesia and critical care services. Together with Dr. Venugopalacharyulu, Dr. Pasha, and Dr. Chakravarthy, we founded Xenon Anaesthesia and Critical Care Companions, setting new benchmarks in patient safety and efficiency. Our team provided 24×7 anaesthesia services to some of the most reputed hospitals, including KIMS, Medwin, and Olive Hospitals. Through dedication and teamwork, Xenon grew to become the second-leading anaesthesia group in the region, known for its reliability and professional excellence.

The Pillars of Xenon Anaesthesia
Dr. Pasha – A Skilled Cardiac Anaesthetist and Leader

An alumnus of Osmania Medical College and Gandhi Medical College, Dr. Pasha is a respected name in cardiac anaesthesia. As the Chief Anaesthetist at Olive Hospital, he has upheld the highest standards of anaesthesia care. A mentor and a disciplined professional, he continues to inspire young anaesthetists through his leadership, knowledge, and dedication.

Dr. Chakravarthy – A Scholar and Innovator

A graduate of PGIMER, Chandigarh, Dr. Chakravarthy combines academic excellence with innovation. Awarded the National Merit Scholarship in school, he later gained international recognition for his research presented at the European Society of Regional Anaesthesia in Athens. His expertise and vision have been instrumental in shaping Xenon’s success and later, the foundation of Metro Cure Hospital.

The Birth of Metro Cure Hospital

Building on the success of Xenon Anaesthesia, Metro Cure Hospital was established in 2009 with a mission to make critical care accessible and affordable. The hospital was envisioned as a complete healthcare facility with a strong focus on ICU and emergency medicine. Over the years, it has evolved into a trusted center equipped with 24/7 CT Scan, Dialysis, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and advanced ICU facilities, offering round-the-clock patient care.

A Sudden Loss: Remembering Dr. Venugopalacharyulu

In January 2024, we faced a profound loss with the sudden passing of Dr. Venugopalacharyulu, our mentor and guiding light. His demise left an emotional and financial void, temporarily impacting our operations and financial stability. Despite the setback, his values of perseverance, integrity, and compassion continue to guide every aspect of our work at Metro Cure Hospital.

Resilience and Recovery

With unwavering determination, our team navigated through challenges and gradually restored stability. Today, Metro Cure Hospital records an annual turnover of ₹70 lakhs, a testament to our commitment and community trust. Operating successfully for over 15 years in Malakpet, right opposite Yashoda Hospital, we have established a strong reputation for affordable, ethical, and quality medical care.

A Step Forward: CGHS Accreditation

A major milestone in our journey has been the CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) approval, allowing us to treat government-empanelled patients. This development is expected to raise our turnover to ₹1 crore, strengthening our presence in the healthcare sector. While CGHS reimbursements take 90 days, we continue to manage operations efficiently, ensuring uninterrupted patient services.

Future Aspirations: Growth and Expansion

Looking ahead, our vision is to expand our facilities and increase our turnover to ₹1.5 crore by 2026. Plans include infrastructure upgrades, advanced rehabilitation technologies, and new specialty departments. With continued dedication, we aim to make Metro Cure Hospital a regional leader in critical and rehabilitative care.
